| Abstract: | The time of onset and dose threshold for ACTH induced hypertension was examined in conscious sheep. ACTH 1 microgram/kg per day significantly raised blood pressure. The maximum rise occurred at 2 micrograms/kg per day. The rise in pressure was significant after 8 h of ACTH infusion. |
