手术室设置机动班岗位的实践和探讨

目的:探讨设置机动班岗位在手术室的作用。方法:在南北院手术室各设置机动班岗位,选任1名机动班护士,负责手术无菌物品的管理、供应及准备工作;手术器械、仪器设备的管理与维护;手术病理标本的管理与核查;与CSSD人员工作的沟通协调等。结果:提高了无菌物品先期先用的依从性,提高了巡回护士配合质量,提高了医生对巡回护士工作满意度,提高了巡回护士工作满意度,杜绝了手术病理标本管理上的缺陷。结论:机动班岗位设置能提高手术室护理质量。

Practice and Disscusion of Operating Room Setting the Maneuver Position

Objective To investigate the role the Maneuver plays in the job setting of operating room. Methods To set the Maneuver position re- spectively in each operating room of the south and the north hospital area,electing one nurse in charge and responsible for management, supply and preparation of surgical sterile goods; management and maintenance of surgical instruments and equipments; management and verification of surgical pathology specimens; communication and coordination with CSSD （Central Sterile Supply Department） staff ;and other work. Results It turns out capably to enhance the Early-Expiration-First-Use compliance of sterile goods, improve the quality of circulating nurses＇ work, in- crease both doctors and nurses＇ satisfaction degree for circulating work, and eliminate defective cases in surgical pathology specimen manage- ment. Conclusion Setting of the Maneuver position can improve the quality of operating room care.
