循证护理服务在ICU病房中的临床应用效果分析

目的探讨循证护理在ICU病房中应用的临床效果。方法 2011年5月-2011年11月,对本院ICU病房收治的120例急危重症患者进行随机分类,常规护理A组60例与循证护理服务B组60例;对两组患者在感染发生率、褥疮以及气管堵塞等方面进行比较。结果感染发生率以及气管堵塞、褥疮发生率,循证护理组明显低于常规护理组,二组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论循证护理在降低ICU病房感染发生率、气管堵塞以及褥疮上效果显著,值得临床应用推广。

Clinical effect analysis of evidence-based nursing service in ICU ward

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of application of evidence-based nursing in ICU ward. Methods From May 2011 to November 2011, 120 cases of acute and critically ill patients in our hospital in ICU ward were randomly classified, routine nursing care of 60 cases in group A and evidence-based nursing in 60 cases of group B; two groups of patients in the infection rate, bedsore and pipe blockage are compared. Results The incidence of infection and blockage of the trachea, the incidence of bedsore, evidence-based nursing group was significantly lower than the usual care group, the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Evidence based nursing in significantly reduced incidence, pipe blockage and effect of ICU on the bedsore infection, so it is worthy of clinical application.
