佝偻病诊断方法的新进展

小儿维生素D缺乏性佝偻病是是儿科常见病,其由于儿童体内维生素D不足致使钙磷代谢失常,以正在生长的骨骺端软骨板不能正常钙化,造成骨骼病变为特征。该病严重影响小儿的生长发育,是我国重点防治的疾病之一。本文从病史、临床表现、实验室检查对佝偻病的诊断进行分析,希望为临床早期、及时、准确诊断佝偻病提供帮助。

Progresses in Diagnostic of Rickets

Vitamin D deficiency rickets is a common disease in pediatrics with unbalance between calcium and phosphorus metabolism resulting from deficience of vitamin D in children body, which was characterized by the pathological changes of skeleton due to abnomal calcification of the growing osteo- epiphysic cartilage plate. It affects children＇s growth severely, and has been one of the main prevention and cure disease of in country. This article analyzed the diagnosis of rickets in history-taking, clinical manifestation and Laboratory examination, which maybe helpful to diagnosise this diseases early, timely and correctly.
