| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨小儿手指掌侧瘢痕挛缩的特点和最佳手术方法。方法 区别患者瘢痕挛缩的不同情况采用不同的方法切除瘢痕、伸直手指 ,根据缺损具体情况选用不同的皮瓣修复缺损。结果 1 5 7例中 1 5 4例恢复良好 ,只有 3例在 2～3年内再次发生不同程度的挛缩 (均为单纯植皮者 )。经典的腹部皮瓣恢复后外观臃肿。结论 小儿手指掌侧瘢痕应尽可能用皮瓣修复 ,皮瓣修复较植皮效果好

| Abstract: | Objective Summarize the characteristics and optimum surgical therapies of ventral digital scar contracture of infant. Methods Different sorts of skin flaps were used to mend the digital defects resulted from scar excision. Results Better effects as well as less complications were produced by skin flap than of by skin graft. Conclusion Skin flaps should be used for digital scar repairing as possible, optimum effects can be obtained only different sort of skin flaps are used properly for different defects repairing. |
