皮肤及皮神经超声检测的实验研究

摘    要:目的 探讨超声检测皮肤、皮神经的可行性。方法 取刚处死的5只猪两侧胸肋部连皮带骨肉共计10块.用高频超声检测猪第3、6肋间神经的外侧皮支分布区,测量皮肤、皮下组织厚度和皮神经直径。然后解剖分离皮肤、皮下组织、皮神经及肌筋膜,在各层间用针标定,比较超声与大体标本测值。最后将检测部位部分组织送病理切片进行组织学检查。结果 超声声像图所示猪皮肤各层结构与大体标本及组织学所见正确对应。超声可清晰显示猪皮肤各层结构。结论 超声是一种无创、简便的检测皮肤、皮下组织、皮神经的方法。

Abstract:Objective To study the feasibility of ultrasonic determination of skin and cutaneous nerve. Methods Ten slices of pork from bilateral chests of 5 pigs just killed were detected by high frequency ultrasound before dissection. Then comparison between each layer of skin and cutaneous nerve was made with needles and which were detected again, and finally were compared with the findings of specimens and histology. Results The imaging presentations were well correlated with those found in gross specimens and histology. The structures of pig skin could be clearly shown by ultrasonography. Conclusion Ultrasonography is a non invasive and conveniet method to detect the skin and cutaneous nerve.
