| 摘 要： | 目的探讨剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力性产后出血时子宫动脉上行支结扎术的应用价值。方法对18例剖宫产术中子宫收缩乏力性出血的患者进行子宫动脉上行支结扎术。结果18例患者均迅速止血，保留子宫。结论子宫动脉上行支结扎术治疗剖宫产术时的子宫收缩乏力性产后出血简单、有效。

| Abstract: | Objective] To investigate the application value of ligation for ascending branch of uterine artery in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia during cesarean section. Methods ] Ligation for ascending branch of uterine artery was performed on 18 cases of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia during cesarean section. Results ] 18 patients＂ bleeding was stopped rapidly, and uterus was reserved. Conclusion ] Ligation for ascending branch of uterine artery is simple and effective in treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia during cesarean section. |
