摘    要:目的探讨选择ZTC1+1天然澄清剂用于宫缩一号合剂的澄清工艺。方法采用正交试验设计,选择了澄清剂的加入量、加入药液的温度、沉淀时间3个因素作为试验因素,以水苏碱含量和水浸膏得率作为指标对生产工艺进行了研究。结果确定最佳工艺为按总量的5%加入配制的澄清剂、药液温度为60℃、沉淀时间12 h。结论优选的最佳工艺方案可行,所制备的宫缩合剂质量稳定。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the clarification process of ZTC1+1 natural clarifying agents on gongsuo Mixture.METHODS The influence of the content of clarifying agents,the liquid temperature and the time length of stay(3 factors) on the extract yield and the content of stachydrine hydrochloride was investigated by orthogonal test.RESULTS The optimum preparation conditions were as follows:the content of clarifying agents was 5%;the liquid temperature was 60℃;the putting time was 12h.CONCLUSION The optimized preparation process is feasible and the quality of the gongshuo Mixture is stable.
