摘    要:目的 探讨性儿饮口服液治疗小儿营养不良的临床疗效及对模型小鼠红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力的影响。方法将140例营养不良患儿随机分为2组,分别二儿饮口服液及健脾糖浆,观察临床疗效,并检测治疗前后发锌、血红蛋白的含量,对实验小鼠进行结药前后红细胞SOD活力检测。结果 观察组总有效率(89.77%)明显高于对照组(63.46%),2组比较者显著差异(P〈0.05),实验小鼠模型组红细胞SOD的活力

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the clinical effects of Zhuangeryin in treating dystrophy in children and its effects on the SOD vitality of the erythrocyte of experimental rats. METHOD 140 cases of dystrophy in children were randomly divided into two groups, and then Zhuangeryin and Jianpi (Spleen strengthening) syrup were applied to the two groups respectively. Their clinical efficacy was observed, while hemoglobin and zinc were tested before and after treatment. Moreover, SOD vitality of the erythrocyte of experimental rats was tested before and after the administration of drugs. RESULT The total effective rate in the observation group (89.77%) is obviously higher than that in the control group (63.46%), and there is a remarkable difference between them ( P <0.05). The SOD vitality of the erythrocyte in the model group of experimental rats is excessively higher, when compared with that in the Zhuangeryin group ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION Zhuangeryin oral liquid is effective in treating dystrophy in children, and it can lower the excessively high SOD vitality of the erythrocyte of experimental rats.
