| 摘 要： | 本文检测了40例肺癌患者支气管刷取物病原微生物,阳性率达80％。细菌种类包括呼吸道常居菌和条件致病菌。其中以表皮葡萄球菌、聚团肠杆菌和大肠杆菌为主,其检出率占阳性例数的62.5％,远高于咽拭子和痰液。动物致病性试验结果说明,被检出的条件致病菌可使正常和受照射动物发生感染,提示恶性肿瘤患者下呼吸道潜在的病原微生物可能是发生下呼吸道医院感染的重要易感因素。

| Abstract: | The bacteria in sample brushed against bronchi from 40 cases of patients with lung cancer were investigated. The results showed thai the detection rate was 80% and among them 62.5% were opportunistic bacteria.The sample brushed against bronchi were much higher than pharynx secretion and sputum. The animal pathogenicity experiments indicated that the detected opportunistic bacteria could lead to infection both in normal and iradiated animal. We can make an inference from the fact that opportunistic bacteria living in lower respiratory tracts may be an important susceptible factor causing nosocomial infection in patients with lung cancer. |
