| 摘 要： | 目的：报道手背静脉皮瓣修复手指皮肤缺损。方法：应用手背的静脉解剖规律并根据受皮区的位置设计顺行静脉岛状皮瓣治疗手指皮肤缺损21例，并通过临床观察找到规律性的治疗和愈合特点。结果：21例获得6个月-1年半的随访，疗效优良率为81%。结论：①解剖明确、直观易于应用，②手术简捷，疗效结果优良率高。③皮瓣血运动经历静脉营养期、动脉血管改造期。完成非生理皮瓣转化过程。
