| 摘 要： | 目的：了解世博社区60岁以上老年人健康状况，为健康干预提供依据。方法：分析2012-2014年世博社区10971名老年人健康体检结果。结果：世博社区老年人体检问题前5位为白内障（89.83%）、高血压（56.03%）、B超异常（53.49%）、心电图异常（49.52%）、高脂血症（39.01%）。结论：应加强社区老年人的健康管理，可以实行体检结果录入到居民健康“户籍”中，全科团队分片到户，进行个体行为干预及疾病管理等措施。
