不同警种民警心理健康的差异比较

目的 探讨不同警种警察的心理健康状况的差异。方法 对l7个警种的9038名警察进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)问卷调查。结果 各警种间在躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病及总均分、阳性项目数的差异均有显著性。在两两比较中，从事警卫工作者在大多数因子的得分均显著高于其它警种，而从事特警工作者显著低于其它警种。结论 不同警种警察的心理健康存在一定差异．提示工作性质与警察的心理健康有一定关系，应根据不同警种心理健康的影响因素制定相应的干预措施。

A Comparison of the Mental Health of Policemen in Different Duties

Objective To explore the differences on the mental health of policemen in different duties. Methods The Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) was used in to 9038 policemen including 17 kinds of duty posts. Results There were significant differences in 9 dimension including somatization. obsessive-compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobia, paranoid ideation, psychoticism, and total mean score and positive item score. In the comparison of two-two groups, the policemen with guard duty had significantly higher scores in most dimensions than that with most of others duties. However, the policemen with special duty had significantly lower scores in most dimensions than that with most of others duties. Conclusion There were some differences on the mental health of policemen in different duties. Different intervenient programs should be made according to the differences of duties characters of policemen.
