正交试验法优选脑保颗粒水提取工艺

摘    要:目的为脑保颗粒提取工艺提供依据.方法采用正交试验法,因素为加水量、提取时间、提取次数,以水煎液的浸膏得率、黄芪甲苷含量为指标综合分析.结果优选出脑保颗粒水提取部分制备工艺的最佳条件,即每次加8倍量水,煎煮3次,每次煎煮80min.结论提取次数为主要影响因素,加水量、煎煮时间没有显著性差异.

Abstract:Objective To provide a basis for studying the extraction process of Naobao Granules. Methods The orthogonal design with three factors: water amount, extraction time and degree were adopted. Astragaloside and total extract worked as markers. Results The optimum extracting condition was adding eight times amount of water and boiling and extracting for three times, 80 minutes per time. Conclusion The extraction time influenced astragaloside and total extract greatly. The factors water amount, extraction degree hadn't significant difference in three levels.
