小米糠膳食纤维对糖尿病小鼠血糖及糖耐量的影响

摘    要:目的探讨小米糠膳食纤维降血糖作用。方法将雌性KM小鼠随机分为正常对照组和正常动物受试物高剂量组;建立高血糖动物模型,并将其随机分为模型对照组和受试物低、中、高剂量组。观察受试物对正常小鼠和高血糖模型小鼠血糖的影响;观察受试物对高血糖模型小鼠糖耐量的影响。结果给予受试物45d,对正常小鼠血糖无明显影响(P〉0.05);能降低高血糖模型小鼠空腹血糖(P〈0.01,P〈0.05);受试物低剂量能降低血糖曲线下面积(P〈0.05)。结论小米糠膳食纤维具有辅助降血糖功能。

Effect of millet bran dietary fibre on the serum glucose and glucose tolerance in diabetic mice.

Abstract:Objective To assess the glucose-reducing effect of millet bran on diabetic mice. Methods Female healthy KM mice were randomly divided into two groups of control and high dose; Diabetic mice were induced by streptozotociu and these mice were randomly divided into four groups, including control, low, moderate, high dose groups. The glucose-reducing effect of millet bran was studied in healthy and diabetic mice respectively. Oral glucose tolerance was observed in diabetic mice of four groups. Results Millet bran could reduce the levels of blood sugar and could reduce the area under the curve of blood glucose in low dose by glucose tolerance test. Conclusion Millet bran dietary fibre could reduce the glucose level in diabetic mice.
