| 摘 要： | 目的调查影响肺结核病人心理状况的因素，探讨如何实施心理护理。方法回顾性分析我院收治的35例结核病患者的临床护理资料，分析患者心理状态及总结护理经验。结果本组肺结核病人心理变化复杂，道德感、理智感比较成熟，但也存在着焦虑、消极、孤独等不良心理状态；经过合适的护理后，坚持住院痊愈14例，症状减轻出院20例，死亡1例。结论有针对性的实施心理护理对肺结核病人的治疗和预后具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the factor for affect the pulmonary tubercu-losis patient psychology and discuss how to imply the psychological nursing.Method Review analysis the clinical nursing material of 35 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis that treated in my hospital.Result pulmonary tuberculosis patients' psychology change were complex,The moral intention,the reason feeling were relative quite mature,but they had other bad psychology of anxious,negative,lonely and so on;After appropriate nursing,14patients insisted in hospitalized,20 patients leaved the hospital and 1 patient was died.Conclusion Target-oriented implementation psychology nursing has the important meaning to pulmonary tuberculosis patient's treatment and the prognosis. |
