| 摘 要： | 目的 分析、探讨颈内中心静脉穿刺置管术并发症、发生原因和改进技术.方法 对2001年1月至2009年5月338例应用颈内中心静脉穿刺置管术患者病历资料进行回顾性分析,研究相关的并发症和技术问题.结果 338例颈内中心静脉穿刺置管术总并发症发生率为9.47%,其中局部渗血、血肿8例(2.37%),误穿动脉13例(3.85%),气胸2例(0.59%),局部红肿感染6例(1.78%),心律失常3例(0.89%).结论 颈内中心静脉穿刺置管术具有一定的风险,需从多方面、多环节分析原因,预防并发症的发生.
