| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨原发性肝癌自发破裂出血的原因及手术治疗效果.方法 回顾性分析31例原发性肝癌破裂出血手术的临床资料.结果 手术止血率96.8%,住院死亡率16.1%;31例患者中位生存9个月,其中5例肝动脉结扎加修补术、7例单纯填塞加修补术、3例半肝切除、15例不规则肝切除患者平均生存时间分别是6、4、7、15个月.结论 原发肝癌自发破裂出血手术止血效果确切,行不规则肝切除患者远期效果较好.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of surgical treatment of spontaneous rupture of primary liver cancer. Methods Clinical manifestation spontaneous rupture of primary liver cancer in 31 cases proved surgically were reviewed. Results The overall postoperative mortality within an month was 16. 1%. The overall surgical hemostasis was achieved successfully in 96.8 % patients. The overall averagesurvival time was 9 months. There were 5 cases preformed ligation of common hepatic artery,7 cases packing, 3 cases hepatectomy in half, 15 cases unregular hepatectomy and their average survival time were 6,4,7,18 months. Conclusion The overall surgical hemostasis has great effect. Unregular hepatectomy has great future-effect. |
