经尿道前列腺电切术的改良操作(附55例报告)

目的 介绍改良的经尿道前列腺电切术的操作方法。方法 在55例经尿道前列腺电切术中，对一些传统的习惯性操作进行改进，主要改进有：直视下进镜、不穿刺造瘘、主要切除引起梗阻的部分，而不要求彻底切除。结果 手术时间明显缩短(平均35分钟)，与传统方法比较有显著差异，术后2-5天拔除尿管时，排尿通畅率98．2％(54／55)。结论 操作改良后，可明显提高手术效率，减少术中创伤、出血及术后并发症，缩短术后患者恢复时间，值得推广。

Improved Techniques of Transurethral Electroresection of Prostate (A Report 55 cases)

Objective To study the improvements in transurethral electro resection of prostate. Methods 55 cases with BPH underwent transurethral electroresection of prostate with improved techniques. The mainly improved techniques included ingressing the resectoscope under direct vision, the unbladder flstulization by puncture, mainly resect the part of something which causes obstruction, but not necessarily resect throughly. Results Average resection time of improved techniques is shortened obviously (average 30 minutes), with a significant difference (P<0.01) compared to the traditional transurethral electroresection of prostate, 98.2%(54/55) had a smooth emiction when the catheter was removed 2-5 days after operations. Conclusions The improved techniques can increases efficiency, reduce bleeding and complications, shorten patient's recovery time after operation and be worthy of expanding.
