布拉酵母菌治疗婴儿轮状病毒肠炎效果观察

摘    要:目的观察布拉酵母菌治疗婴儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床效果。方法将我院2011年9月—2012年1月收治的59例婴儿轮状病毒肠炎作为研究对象,根据门诊ID号随机分成两组,单号为治疗组(32例),双号为对照组(27例),两组均给予双八面体蒙脱石止泻及补液等治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予布拉酵母菌250 mg每日2次口服,直到出院。结果治疗组显效率22.6%,对照组显效率16.0%,治疗组高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组总有效率均为100%。治疗第3、5天治疗组腹泻患儿平均排便次数均低于对照组腹泻患儿平均排便次数,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组腹泻持续时间及住院时间明显短于对照组,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布拉酵母菌可减少轮状病毒肠炎婴儿排便次数、缩短腹泻持续时间。

Abstract:Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of saccharomyces boulardii in treatment of infant rotavirus enteritis. Methods 59 hospitalized infants with rotavirus enteritis admitted to our hospital during September 2011 and January 2012 were divided into therapy group (32 infants) and control group (27 infants) according to the out-patient ID numbers. Two groups were treated with checking diarrhea by Dioctahedral Smectite and fluid replacement, while therapy group based in addition to the above treatment were given pulvis of Saeeharomyces boulardii (250 mg po, 2 times/a day) until discharge. Results Excellence rate in therapy group (22.6%) was higher than that of control group (16.0%), but the difference was of no statistical significance (P 〉 0. 05). Total efficacy rates of the two groups were 100%. The stool frequency in therapy group was significantly lower than that of control group on 3rd and 5th day after treatment (P 〈 0. 5). Diarrhea duration and length of stay in therapy group were significantly shorter than those of control group (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Saccharomyces boulardii can decrease the frequency diarrhea in infants with rotavirus enteritis and shorten the duration of diarrhea.
