美宝创疡贴用于剖宫产术后切口的疗效观察

目的观察美宝创疡贴换药治疗剖宫产术后切口的疗效。方法观察组：采用美宝创疡贴换药治疗，观察创面愈合情况；对照组：采用碘酒、酒精消毒切口后外敷纱布治疗，2d-3d换药1次，直至拆线。结果观察组创面疼痛率低于对照组（P〈0．05），I期愈合率高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论剖宫产术后切口应用美宝创疡贴治疗，产妇切口疼痛轻微，持续时间短，局部消肿快，I期愈合率高，可在临床推广使用。

Curative Effect Observation of MEBO Wound & Ulcer Dressing in the Treatment of Caesarean Section Incision

Objective To observe the curative effect of MEBO Wound ＆ Ulcer Dressing in the treatment of Cae- sarean section incision. Methods The observation group was treated by dressing change of MEBO Wound ＆ Ulcer Dressing and wound healing situation was observed ; in the control group, iodine and alcohol were used to sterilize the wounds and then gauze used to bandage them, and changed dressing once every 2 -3 days until stitches were removed. Results The wound pain rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P 〈0. 05） and the healing rate at stage I in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Using MEBO Wound ＆ Ul- cer Dressing to treat caesarean section incision has the following advantages as mild pain lasting a shorter time, faster disap- pearance of local swelling, higher healing rate at stage I , so it should be promoted and applied in clinic.
