美宝创疡帖对外科腹腔镜术后切口的影响

目的观察美宝创疡贴对腹腔镜手术后切口疼痛及切151愈合的影响。方法100例腹腔镜术后患者分别用美宝创疡帖（50例）和创可贴常规换药（50例）治疗，对比观察两组患者手术切口愈合时间、镇痛药使用率、切口感染以及瘢痕发生率。结果治疗组切口愈合时间为（d，x-±s）6．13d±1．24d，对照组切口愈合时间为（d，x-±s）6．56d±1．52d；镇痛药使用率实验组为10％，对照组为40％；切口感染率实验组为4．5％．对照组为12％；瘢痕发生率实验组为3．5％，对照组为18％。结论美宝创疡贴能促进腹腔镜术后切口愈合，减轻切口疼痛以及降低切口感染和瘢痕发生率。

Study on the Effect of MEBO Wound & Ulcer Dressing in Treating Surgical Incision of Laparoscopy

Objective To observe the effects of MEBO Wound ＆ Ulcer Dressing on pain and healing of laparo- scopic surgical incision. Methods After the laparoscopic operation, MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing and band-aid were respectively used to treat 50 such cases for a comparative study during which the incision healing time, the utilization rate of analgesic and incision infection situation were observed and follow-up on scar formation was carried out. Results The heal- ing time in MEBO group was （ d, x±- s） 6. 13±1.24 while that in the bind-aid group was （ d, x-± s） 6. 56 ± 1.52）. The u- tilization rate of analgesic in MEBO group was 10% compared with 40% in the band-aid group. The incision infection rate in MEBO group was 4. 5% while that in the band - aid group was 12%. Sear incidence of MEBO group was 3.5%, while that in the band-aid group was 18%. Conclusion MEBO Wound ＆ Ulcer Dressing can promote the healing of surgical in- cision of laparoscopy, relieve incision pain and reduce the incidence of incision infection and scar formation.
