人结直肠癌组织中S100P蛋白的表达及临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨人结直肠癌组织中S100P蛋白的表达情况,并分析其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测60例结直肠癌组织及其癌旁正常肠黏膜组织、20例良性肠病组织中S100P蛋白的表达情况,并结合临床资料进行统计分析。结果 S100P蛋白在良性肠病、癌旁正常肠黏膜及结直肠癌组织中的阳性率分别为5.0%、3.3%和55.0%,后者显著高于前两者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。有淋巴结转移和发生远处转移(Ⅲ期~Ⅳ期)的结直肠癌组织中S100P蛋白的阳性率分别为73.1%和75.0%,显著高于无淋巴结转移及早期结直肠癌组织(Ⅰ期~Ⅱ期)S100P蛋白的阳性率41.2%和45.0%,差异亦均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。S100P蛋白在中-低分化结直肠癌组织中的阳性率高于高-中分化结直肠癌组织,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 S100P蛋白在人结直肠癌组织中高表达,且与肿瘤TNM分期、淋巴结转移相关。S100P蛋白可能在人结直肠癌的发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of SLOOP protein in human tissues of colorectal carcinomas and analyze its clinical significance. Methods The SlOOp protein expression in tissues of 60 patients with colorectal carcinoma and normal intestinal mucosa near the tumor, and 20 patients'benign enteropathy tissues were detected by immunohistoehemistry SP method, and the results and clinical data were analyzed together. Results The positive rate of SlOOP protein in coloreetal carcinoma group (55.0%) was significantly higher than those of the normal tissue (3.3%) and benign enteropathy tissue (5.0%) groups (P 〈 0. 05). The expression rate in lymph node metastasis group (73.1% ) and distant organ metastasis group (stage Ⅲ -Ⅳ) (75.0%) were significantly higher than those of non- lymph node metastasis group (41.2%) and early stage group (45.0%) (stageⅠ -Ⅱ) (P 〈 0. 05). The positive expression rate of SLOOP protein increased with the decrease colorectal cancer tissue differentiation, but the difference was of no statistical significance (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The expression of SlOOP protein is high in human tissues of colorectal carcinomas which is correlated with TNM classification of neoplasms and lymph node metastasis. S100p protein might play an important role in the development of colorectal carcinoma.
