应用皮肤原位再生复原技术治疗小儿烧伤

目的回顾性总结皮肤原位再生复原技术（MEBT／MEBO）治疗小儿烧伤的临床疗效。方法自2007年5月至2010年5月间，笔者根据小儿不同时期的烧伤创面特点，选取58例小儿烧伤创面应用MEBT／MEBO进行规范换药及全身治疗。结果58例小儿烧伤创面全部上皮化愈合，其中浅Ⅱ度一深Ⅱ度创面10d-18d平皮愈合：浅Ⅲ度-深Ⅲ度创面25d-40d愈合，有轻度瘢痕形成与轻度功能障碍。结论应用MEBT／MEBO治疗小儿烧伤．均实现了创面原位再生复原，减少了患儿痛苦，减轻了瘢痕形成，缩短了治疗时间，是治疗小儿烧伤创面的理想方法。

Application of MEBT / MEBO in the Treatment of Paediatric Burns

Objective To review the clinical efficacy of MEBT/EBO in the treatment of paediatric burns retro- spectively. Methods From May, 2007 to May, 2010, a total of 58 paediatric burn cases at different wound stages were treated by MEBT/MEBO including standard local dressing change and systemic treatment. Results All wounds of the 58 cases healed by epithelization, of which superficial Ⅱdegree - deep Ⅱ degree wounds healed within 10 - 18 days smooth- ly, superficial Ⅲ degree - deep Ⅲ degree healed within 25 - 40 days with mild scar formation and mild dysfunction. Con- clusion MEBT/MEBO application in the treatment of paediatric burns can realize the in situ regenerative restoration of wounds, relieve pain, reduce suffering and scar formation and shorten the treatment course. Thus, it is an ideal approach of treating children burns.
