微信平台下的CBL教学法应用于呼吸科临床教学的效果研究

摘    要:目的:研究微信平台下的CBL教学法应用于呼吸科临床教学的效果。方法:随机将我院呼吸科2018年1月至2019年6月参与临床教学的72名护理实习生平均分为两组,对照组采取传统教学方法,观察组基于微信平台采取CBL教学法,比较两组实习生的临床教学效果。结果:观察组出科时理论及实践考核成绩较入科时及对照组明显提高(P<0.05),且认可临床教学的实习生占比显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:呼吸科基于微信平台采取CBL教学法进行临床教学可取得理想效果。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of CBL teaching method on WeChat platform in clinical teaching of respiratory department.Methods:72 nursing interns who participated in clinical teaching in our department’s respiratory department from January 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group adopted traditional teaching methods,and the observation group adopted CBL teaching method based on WeChat platform.Clinical teaching effect of two groups of interns.Results:The theoretical and practical assessment results of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the admission group and the control group(P<0.05),and the proportion of interns who recognized clinical teaching was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The CBL teaching method based on WeChat platform in respiratory department for clinical teaching can achieve ideal results.
