柴胡疏肝散加减治疗功能性消化不良62例的临床效果分析

目的:探究柴胡疏肝散加减与常规西药联合治疗功能性消化不良临床效果和安全性。方法:选择2017年2月至2018年11月功能性消化不良患者62例,根据随机表分组。对照组采用常规西药进行治疗;观察组采用柴胡疏肝散加减与常规西药联合治疗。比较效果。结果:观察组用药效果比对照组高,P<0.05;观察组腹胀、早饱、嗳气、食欲不振消失时间比对照组短,P<0.05。两组不良反应无明显差异,P>0.05。治疗后观察组诺丁汉健康量表NHP评分、焦虑自评量表SAS评分优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:柴胡疏肝散加减与常规西药联合治疗功能性消化不良临床效果和安全性高,可改善症状,缩短病程,减轻不良情绪,提升健康水平。

Analysis of Clinical Effects of Chaihu Shugan Powder on Functional Dyspepsia in 62 cases

Objective:To explore the clinical effect and safety of Chaihu Shugan powder combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods:Sixty-two patients with functional dyspepsia from February 2017 to November 2018 were selected and grouped according to the random table.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine;the observation group was treated with Chaihu Shugan powder combined with conventional western medicine.Compare effects.Results:The observation group had a higher medication effect than the control group,P<0.05;the observation group had shorter abdominal distension,early satiety,belching,and loss of appetite than the control group,P<0.05.There were no significant differences in adverse reactions between the two groups,P>0.05.The NHP score and SAS score of the Nottingham Health Scale in the observation group were better than those in the control group after treatment,P<0.05.Conclusion:Chaihu Shugan powder combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia has high clinical effect and safety,which can improve symptoms,shorten the course of disease,reduce adverse emotions and improve health.
