| 摘 要： | 目的:研究美沙拉嗪联合双歧三联活菌治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:病例样本为64例溃疡性结肠炎患者,随机分为即研究组和对照组,n=32,对照组患者治疗方案为美沙拉嗪,研究组患者治疗方案为美沙拉嗪联合双歧三联活菌,研究比较组间临床治疗效果。结果:评估组间临床治疗总有效率、超氧化物歧化酶活力、血清丙二醛浓度等指标,研究组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:溃疡性结肠炎患者采用美沙拉嗪联合双歧三联活菌治疗效果显著,可推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical effect of methalazide combined with bifid triple live bacteria in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods:The case samples were divided into two groups:study group and control group,n=32,control group and control group,and the treatment plan of the study group was mesalazine,and the treatment plan of the study group was mesalazine and bifidobacterium triple viable bacteria.The effect of clinical treatment between the groups was studied.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment,the activity of SOD and the concentration of serum malondialdehyde in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of mesalazine and bifidobacterium in the patients with ulcerative colitis has remarkable treatment effect and can be popularized and applied. |
