摘    要:目的探讨输液器对硝酸甘油的吸附作用及其影响因素。方法用紫外分光光度计对输液前与输液中各样品的药物浓度进行测定,观察输液器对硝酸甘油吸附作用的大小;观察输液时间、速度以及药物浓度等3种因素对吸附作用的影响规律。结果输液器对硝酸甘油吸附后,药物浓度显著下降,与吸附前相比差异有显著性(P<0.01),输液器对硝酸甘油的吸附程度与输液速度成反比,与药物浓度和输液时间成正比。结论(1)输液器对硝酸甘油的吸附作用较强,已经影响了有效治疗剂量,应引起护理人员的高度重视。(2)硝酸甘油不适宜用输液泵长时间维持输液,否则可增大吸附作用,增加吸附量。(3)科学合理的选择硝酸甘油输液的速度和药物浓度,可使吸附程度降低到最低点。

Abstract:Objective To study the absorption from transfusion system to nitroglycerin during the course of transfusion and the related factors. Methods Using the UV spectrophotometer to detected the concentration of nitroglycerin by different transfusion speed and in different transfusion time-point, and then summarized the laws. Results The absorption from transfusion system to nitroglycerin was significant. This absorption enhanced with the nitroglycerin concentrated and the transfusion time lasting, while weakened with the transfusion speed accelerated.Conclusion The absorption from transfusion system to nitroglycerin was significant. The absorption related with the nitroglycerin concentration, the transfusion time and the speed, which should be recognized by the nursing faculty.
