介入治疗复杂性肛门直肠瘘5例报告

目的：探讨用介入方法治疗复杂性肛门直肠瘘的具体方法和疗效。方法：对5例经瘘管造影证实的复杂性肛门直肠瘘进行治疗。具体方法为在炎症完全控制后，将明胶海棉碎屑与5％鱼肝油酸钠混悬液由外口注入瘘管，使瘘管完全被充填，油纱布包扎。如未愈，5－7d后可重复上述，直至痊愈。结果：5例患者均达到了临床治愈。4例一次治愈；1例2次治愈，治疗间隔时间为6d。治疗过程中患者无疼痛、无发烧。随访1－2．5年无复发。结论：介入疗法治疗肛瘘方法简单，疗效确切，且无需特殊的设备和药品，不会造成严重并发症。适合于各级医院推广应用。

INTERVENTIONAL THERAPY FOR 5 PATIENTS WITH COMPLEX ANORECTAL FISTULA

Objective: To investigate the specific method and curative effect of interventional therapy for complex anorectal fistula Methods: 5 patients with complex anorectal fistula demonstrated by fistulagraphy were treated by interventional therapy The specific method was as following:treat the fistula inflammation at first,and then pour suspension of gelatin foam chippings and 5% sodium morrhuate into the fistula,make the fistula filled completely The procedure may be repeated after 5 to 7 day until they were cured Results:All the 5 patients achieved clinical cure,4 patients cured in one procedure and the other was cured in two During the period of treatment,no side effect such as pain and fever was found There was no recurrence case during the follow up for 1 to 2 5 years Conclusion: Interventional therapy for complex anorectal fistula is a useful method It may be used extensively
