| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察利多卡因治疗椎 基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效。方法 :选择椎 基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者 15 6例。治疗组 86例 ,应用利多卡因 0 2 -0 4g加入 5 %葡萄糖内静滴 14天 ,一日 1次。对照组 70例 ,应用维生素、苯海拉明 ,并用低分子右旋糖酐 复方丹参注射液静滴 ,一日 1次 ,14天一疗程。结果 :治疗组疗效明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :大剂量利多卡因治疗椎 基底动脉供血不足性眩晕疗效佳。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of lidocaine on the sign of vertigo induced by insufficent blood of vertebrobasilar artery.Methods:156 patients were diveded into two groups.The treatment group was dealed with lidocaine 0.2-0.4 g(86 cases),the contrd group was dealed with vitamine,diphenhydramine and so on (70 cases),the drugs were intravenous one time a day,the duration of treatment was 14 days.Results:The effect of the treatment group was higher than that of control group ( P<0.05 ).Conclusion:Large dose of lidocaine had better effect on the sign of vertigo induced by insufficient blood of vertebrobasilar artery. |
