外源性高渗葡萄糖对急性脑梗死的预后影响

目的 :探讨外源性高渗葡萄糖对急性脑梗死预后的影响。方法 :85例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组 ,试验组 44例 ,10 %葡萄糖溶液 5 0 0ml,qd ,静滴。对照组 41例 ,生理盐水 5 0 0ml,qd ,静滴。两组溶液中均加入等量的脉络宁、能量合剂为基本用药。应用神经功能缺损和病残程度评分标准进行评价。结果 :治疗后试验组显效率 47 73 % ,对照组显效率 70 73 % ,有显著性差异(P <0 .0 5 )。治疗后 1周、2周神经功能缺损评分试验组明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :外源性高渗葡萄糖对急性脑梗死患者的预后是不利的。

Effect of glucose on the treatment of acute cerebral infraction.

Objective:To explore the effect of external glucose with high permeability on the prognosis of acute cerebral infraction.Methods:85 patients were divided into two groups.Treatment group was dealed with 10% glucose(44 cases),control group was dealed with normal saline(41 cases).The results were evaluated by the standard of the defect level of nervous function.Results:The cure rate in the treatment group was 47.73% and 70.73% in control group,they had significant difference ( P<0.05 ).1 or 2 weeks after treatment,the score of the defect nervous function in the treatment was higher than that of the control group ( P<0.05) .Conclusion:External high permeable glucose was unfavourable to the prognosis of acute cerebral infraction.
