摘    要:目的建立HPLC法测定本院制剂复方金霉素甘油中盐酸金霉素的含量。方法采用Autima C18柱;流动相为甲醇-0.01mol.L-1NaH2PO4(以磷酸调节pH至3.3)(36∶64);流速:1.0mL.min-1;检测波长:355nm。结果盐酸金霉素在85.56~513.36μg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9997);平均回收率为100.23%,RSD为1.34%。结论本方法简便,快速,准确,重现性好,可用于复方金霉素甘油的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for determination of chlortetracycline hydrochloride in compound chlortetracyctini glycerin.Methods The method of HPLC was applied.The sample was separated on Autima C18 column with a mixture of methanol and 0.01mol·L-1 NaH2PO4 solution(36∶64) as the mobile phase.The UV detector wavelength was 355nm.Results The linearity was obtained within the range of chlortetracycline hydrochloride concentrations from 85.56μg·mL-1 to 513.36μg·mL-1,r=0.9997.The average recovery was 100.23%,, and RSD was 1.34%. Conclusions The method is simple, rapid, accurate and repeatable, which could be used to quality control of compound chlortetracyctini glycerin.
