2004年全国十省市生活饮用水水质卫生监测能力调查

目的:为了了解各级CDC实验室的发展状况,评估其生活饮用水水质卫生监测能力,以继续深入开展生活饮用水水质安全监测与实验室质量控制工作。方法:填写统一的生活饮用水水质监测能力调查表,汇总资料分析。结果:本次调查了全国十省市、自治区793个CDC的饮水监测实验室,通过实验室计量认证的666个,通过率为84%,通过国家实验室认可的49个,通过率为6%。结论:十省市、自治区CDC系统内饮水监测实验室的监测能力总体水平不高,令人忧心。

Surveillance capability of drinking water quality in 10 provinces in 2004

Objective:To understand the development of labs in all levels of CDC and evaluate surveillance capability of drinking water surveillance,and carry out drinking water quality safety surveillance and quality control in labs.Methods:Filling in surveillance capability questionnaires of drinking water quality and analyzing the information.Results:The 793 labs of all level of CDC in 10 provinces were surveyed.A total of 666 labs(84%) of all passed in China Metrology Accreditation and 49(6%) of all passed in China National Accreditation Board for Laboratories.Conclusion:Surveillance capability of drinking water surveillance labs remains at a fairly low level.
