| 摘 要： | 目的探讨桃红四物汤促进内皮细胞增殖及其初步机制。方法以10％浓度的高、中、低剂量组含药血清和空白对照组血清培养HUVECs，观察其对HUVECs增殖、eNOS活性和NO分泌的影响。结果3种剂量的含药血清能均促进HUVECs增殖、eNOS活化和NO分泌。结论桃红四物汤通过上调eNOS—NO介导的信号途径．诱导内皮细胞增殖。
