摘    要:目的:建立卷柏属药用植物叶缘的显微特征观察方法并探讨其在分类鉴定中的意义。方法:对11种卷柏属药用植物主茎中部的叶表面制片,通过对叶缘细胞的形状、排列、细胞壁的壁孔、以及刺状细胞的形态、结构和长度等方面进行观察,以确定这些植物及其来源的药材的叶缘显微鉴别特征。结果:11种卷柏属植物的叶缘细胞均具有稳定和独特的显微鉴别特征。结论:卷柏属植物叶缘细胞的形态和结构特征,可为这些植物的分类和药材鉴定提供新的依据,为蕨类植物药材的鉴别方法提供了新的观察模式,

Cell Characteristics of Leaf Margin from 11 Species of Selaginella Genus and the Meaning in Taxonomy
Abstract:Objective: To establish a microscopic identification method of 11 species of Selaginella (S. sinensis, S. heterostachys, S. labordei, S. moellendorffii, S. romotifolia, S. doederleinii, S. nipponica, S. uncinata, S. delicatula, S. pulvinata, Selaginella tamariscirna) through observed leaves. Method: Seal the leave Samples in chloral hydrate solution which were respectively collected from the middle of main stem of the 11 species, the cell characteristics of leaf margin including the shape, and arrange of the cells, inerassation condition of cell walls, thecal pore condition, length and shape of the thorns were observed through microscope. Result: There were unique and stable microscopic characteristics of leaf margin cells for the 11 Selaginella species. Conclusion: These characteristics of cells of leaf margin can provide a new evidence for identification of Selaginella species, and also it can be a model for medicinal materials from ferns.
