| 摘 要： | 作者测定了２８例ＩｇＡ肾病患者及１６例血缘亲属红细胞免疫功能。结果发现，红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体活性均明显低于正常组，红细胞表面免疫复合物与正常组无明显差异。２５例ＩｇＡ肾病患者及１５例血缘亲属血清中存在红细胞免疫粘附促进因子，其活性与正常组无明显差异。２４例ｌｇＡ肾病患者及１５例血缘亲属血清中存在红细胞免疫粘附抑制因子，且ＩｇＡ肾病患者该因子活性明显高于正常组。提示，红细胞免疫功能改变可能参与ＩｇＡ肾病的发病。

| Abstract: | ed cell immune
function were measured in 28IgA nephropathy (IgAN) patients and 16 blood rela-tives. The
results showed that the activity of C3b re-ceptor on erythrocytes (E-C3b) in IgAN and
bloodrelatives was significantly lower than that in normalcontrols. The level of imrnune
complexes on erythro-cytes (E-IC) was not significant difference a-mong IgAN, blood relatives
and (normal) controls.Erythrocyte immune adherence enhancing factor(EIAEF) was found in 25
IgAN patients and 15blood relatives and its activity not significant differ-ence among IgAN,
blood relatives and normal con-trols. Erythocyte imrnune adherence inhibiting factor(EIAIF) was
found in 24 IgAN and 15 blood rela-tives. The activity of EIAIF in IgAN was significant-ly higher
than that in normal controls. These resultsindicate that deficiency E-C3bR may play a role inthe
pathogenesis of IgAN. |
