痰热清注射液治疗急性支气管炎的临床观察

目的评价痰热清注射液 (简称痰热清 )治疗急性支气管炎的疗效及安全性。方法选取有风温肺热病属痰热阻肺症 (简称痰热阻肺症 )的急性支气管炎 40例 ,随机分为两组 :A组 2 2例 (男性 1 4例 ,女性 8例 ) ,以鱼腥草 40ml加入到 5 %葡萄糖注射液 5 0 0ml内静脉点滴 qd ,疗程为 5天 ;B组 1 8例 (男性1 2例 ,女性 6例 ) ,以痰热清 2 0ml加入到 5 %葡萄糖注射液 5 0 0ml内静脉点滴qd ,疗程为 5天。结果A、B两组的痊愈率分别为 1 3.6%和 33.3% ,有效率分别为 77.3%和 94.4% ,A、B组差别有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论痰热清是治疗痰热阻肺症的急性支气管炎安全高效的药物。

Clinical parctice of TAN RE QING injection in treating acute bronchitis

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of tan re qing in treating acute bronchitis.with tan re zu fei zheng.MethodsForty patients were divided into two groups:A group is twenty-two patients(14 were man,8 were woman)were treated with yuxingcao 40ml+5%GS 500ml,iv,gtt,qd for 5 day;eighteen patients in B group(12 were man,6 were woman) were treated with tan re qing 20ml+5%GS 500ml,iv,gtt,qd for 5 day.Results The total recovery rates of A group and B group were 13.6% and 33.3%,the effective rates were77.3% and 94.4%,respectively.Conclusion Tan re qing is a safe and effective rates were77.3% and 94.4%,respectively.Conclusion Tan re qing is a safe and effective in the treatment of acute bronchitis with tan re zu fei zheng.
