摘    要:目的 :观察 P物质 ( SP)、血管活性肠肽 ( VIP)和神经肽 Y( NPY)在大鼠胸腺的分布及与 T细胞发育的关系。方法 :用免疫组织化学 ABC法对大鼠胸腺内所含 SP、VIP、NPY神经纤维进行定位观察。结果 :胸腺肽能神经的免疫反应性主要位于髓质 ,在皮、髓质交界区的血管平滑肌上也有表达。结论 :胸腺内有丰富的肽能神经分布 ,VIP、SP可能参与成熟 T淋巴细胞的功能调节 ,VIP、NPY可能有控制 T淋巴细胞迁移的功能

Immunohistochemical study on Sp-VIP and neuropeptide Y in thymus of rats

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the distribution of Substance P(SP),Vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP),and neuropeptideY(NPY) in the thymus of rats and their relations to the development of T lymphocytes.Methods:Immunohistochemical ABC mothod was used to show the distribution of SP,VIP,NPY .Results:SP-and VIP-immunoreactive nerve fibers, presented as linear or varicose profiles, showed a wide distribution. They were seen in the area around the blood vessels,the interlobulaw septa and the lymphoid parenchyma. The corticomedullary boundary and medullary areas were densely innervated by SP-, VIP-containing nerves. NPY-containing nerve fibers were found mainly distributed in the area around the blood vessels, the interlobular septa and the corticomedullary boundary.Conclution:These neuropeptides presented in rat thymus widely and SP,VIP might be involved in the function of matural T Cells. VIP and NPY might be controlled the migrition of T cells.They might be involved in the regulation of local blood circulation of thymus.
