三种监测技术在宁夏鼠疫监测中的应用效果分析

目的观察金标记检测技术、酶联免疫检测技术和PCR 3种新技术在鼠疫监测工作中的实际应用效果,探讨适合宁夏鼠疫监测的新方法,同时也为我国制定新的鼠疫监测实验室操作规程、鼠疫检测方法和诊断标准提供基础资料。方法对相同样本运用新、老技术进行检测,分析新老方法的检验效果。结果金标记检测技术和酶联免疫检测技术与血凝抑制实验的检出结果相吻合,PCR技术检出阳性率较低。结论金标记法和酶联免疫检测技术容易掌握而且出结果快、特异性和稳定性好,适合向基层推广应用;PCR技术还需要进一步实践并在技术上不断完善,才能在鼠疫监测中实际应用。

Analysis of application effect in three technologies for plague surveillance in Ningxia

Objective To observe the practical applying effect of three new technologies on plagues surveillance and seek a method that is most suitable for Ningxia,as well as provide the basic information for establishing the standard operative procedures for the detection of Yersinia pestis in the laboratory,methodology,and diagnostic criteria in China.Methods New and old technologies were applied to the same samples and the detection results were compared and analyzed.Results The detective results of gold labeling and ELISA were consistent with the hemagglutination test.In contrast,the positive detection rate of Yersinia pestis was relatively low by PCR method.Conclusion The gold labeling and ELISA method were easy to operate.In addition,they showed the advantages in the fast detection,specificity,stability,and applicability.PCR needs to be practiced more and improved with technology constantly before its application for the detection of Yersinia pestis in the field.
