| 摘 要： | 目的 分析小儿支原体肺炎的临床特点,提高对本病的认识.方法 回顾总结80例小儿文原体肺炎的临床资料.结果 小儿支原体肺炎占小儿肺炎住院总数的17.28%,其中≤3岁占43.75%,>3岁占56.25%.临床表现多样化,可并发多系统器官疾病.结论 小儿文原体肺炎临床表现多种多样,实验室检查尤其重要.且近年来,婴幼儿组发病率有增多趋势.

| Abstract: | ve To study the clinical characteristics of children with mycoplasmal pneumonia(MP) .Toimprove the identification of MP. Methods Retrospective study was done on 80 children. Results Children withMP accounted for 17. 28% in all children patients with pneumonia .43.75% of the 80 cases of children with MP tookplace at the age of 0-3-year group .The clinical manifestations of children with MP were multiplicity .Sometimes chil-dren with MP had multiple system organ disease. Conclusion Clinical manifestations of children with MP are mul-tiplicity. Laboratory examinations are important. Recently,the disease incidence of infant is more than before. |
