改善血液循环在颈椎病保守治疗中的观察与护理

目的 探讨静脉给予扩血管及降低血液粘度药物在脊髓型和椎动脉型颈椎病临床保守治疗、护理中的作用.方法 在冯氏脊柱定点旋转复位(简称手法)基础上,配合静脉输入低分子右旋糖酐和川芎嗪治疗,并与同期单纯手法治疗病例临床治疗效果相对照.结果 手法治疗配合静脉给药在改善病人头晕、头痛、耳鸣、恶心呕吐、肌力和肌张力异常等方面明显优于单纯手法治疗组(P<0.01或P<0.05).结论 静脉给药降低血液粘度及改善局部微循环有助于脊髓型和椎动脉型颈椎病临床症状改善.

Clinical Observation and nursing after improving regional circulation in cervicai spondylosis

ve To evaluate the clinical value of improving regional circulation in cervical spondylosisafter non-operating manipulation. Methods Total 125 cases with cervical spondylosis were treated by Feng's SpinalManipulation(FSM). Among them, 60 patients were also underwent improving regional circulation with LigustraziniHydrochloridi and Dextranum after manipulation. And the results were compared between two groups based on theclinical manifestation and symptoms improved .Results Clinical observation shows that manipulation combiued withimproving regional circufation is superior than FSM only in releasing cervical vertigo, headache, nausea, vomiting andabnormal muscles tonic. Conclusion Improving regional circulation by intravenous drugs used is complementalmanagement in cervical spondylosis after non-operating manipulation.
