| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨检测阴道加德纳菌的理想方法 ,并了解泌尿生殖道感染患者阴道加德纳菌的检出率及体外药敏情况。方法 对 6 90例泌尿生殖道感染患者的宫颈分泌物 ,分别用氨试验、直接涂片找线索细胞和分离培养方法检测阴道加德纳菌 ,并对培养出的阴道加德纳菌进行抗生素敏感性测试。结果 3种方法对阴道加德纳菌的检出情况分别为氨试验阳性率 8 7% ,线索细胞阳性率 2 2 6 % ,分离培养阳性率 2 4 3% ,阴道加德纳菌对各种抗生素有不同的耐药性。结论 对泌尿生殖道感染患者阴道加德纳菌的检测 ,分离培养法是最理想的方法。对阴道加德纳菌引起的感染可选用菌必治、羧苄青霉素和万古霉素等进行治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To detect Gardnerella vaginalis with appropriate method,to understand its detective rate and resistance to antibiotics in genitourinary infections.Methods A total of 690 genitourinary specimens were tested by ammonia test,clue cell inspecting,isolation culture,and then antibiotic susceptibility assays of Gardnerella vaginalis in vitro were conducted.Results The positive rate of the three methods were 8 7%(60/690),22 6%(156/690)and 24 3%(168/690),respectively.With different levels,the resistances of Gardnerella vaginalis to all antibiotics were found.Conclusions The isolation culture is the most appropriate method to detect the genitourinary Gardnerella vaginalis infections.Ceftriaxone,carbenicillin,vancomycin could be used in its treatments. |
