| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子（vascular endothelial cell growth factor，VEGF）在视网膜母细胞瘤中的表达及意义。方法用免疫组织化学方法对40例视网膜母细胞瘤患者的眼球石蜡块中的VEGF进行检测，同时以免疫组织化学方法检测CD105在血管内皮细胞中的表达，以此计算肿瘤的新生血管数量。结果VEGF主要表达于血管内皮细胞。VEGF高衰达组的新生血管密度明显高于VEGF低衰达组（P〈0．01）。结论VEGF在视网膜母细胞瘤中的表达与肿瘤的新生血管形成有关，可能与肿瘤的转移有关。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To study the expression of VEGF in retinoblastoma(Rb).[Method] Immunohistochemistry(streptomycin avidin-biotinperoxidase complex SP)was used to detect the VEGF,CD105 protein expression in 40 cases of Rb.and calculate the microvessel density(MVD).[Result] VEGF was expressed in endothelial cells,CD105 was also expressed in endothelial cells.The microvessel density was significantly higher in VEGF highly expressed group than in the lowly expressed group(P <0.01).[Conclusion] VEGF can promote angiogenesis in Rb and is correlated with tumor invasion and metastasis. |
