摘    要:目的通过有机物对H2O2等离子低温灭菌效果的影响,寻找内镜消毒灭菌中的薄弱环节,为进一步规范内镜消毒提供理论依据。方法选取造成医院感染源之一的大肠艾希菌为代表,取小牛血清作为有机物,并取25%、50%的小牛血清浓度为可变因素,研究有机物对H2O2等离子低温灭菌效果的影响。结果无小牛血清存在的情况下,H2O2等离子低温灭菌系统作用5 min后杀灭率可以达到100%,而有25%和50%小牛血清存在时,对杀菌效果有影响。结论有机物对H2O2等离子低温灭菌系统灭菌效果有显著的影响,在有机物存在时其杀菌作用明显减弱,且浓度越高影响越大。因此,器械灭菌前必须彻底清洗干净。

Abstract:Objective To supply academic proof of standardizing endoscope sterilization,and to seek for the substantial process of endoscope sterilization. Method Study the influence of organism(calf serum) on the H_2O_2 low-temperature plasma and study the influence of organic matter by using concentration of 25% and 50% calf serum as alterable factors.Result The results showed the kill ratio of the low-temperature plasma was 100% after 5 min without organism.But the kill ratio was 99.84% after 5 min with 25% organism,and the treated time was longer,the kill ratio was higher.After 20 min,the kill ratio was 100%.With 50% organism,the kill ratio was 99.46% after 5mins and 100% after 30 min.Conclusion Organism resulted in a significantly weaker disinfection action of low-temperature plasma,and the kill ratio was associated with the treated time.Effective cleaning is an essential pre-requisite for appliance sterilization.
