| 摘 要： | 目的：评价某院临床营养药的应用情况。方法：统计2011-2013年临床营养药的使用情况，包括其品种、销售金额、用药频度（D D D s）、日均费用（D D C）、药物利用指数（D U I）等，并进行分析。结果：某院临床营养治疗仍以肠外营养药（P N）为主，2012-2013年肠内营养药（EN）仅占营养药的1.1%。结论：某院临床营养治疗总体上是合理的，但仍存在较多不合理之处。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the application of clinical nutrition drugs in one hospital. Methods： The utilization of nutrition was analyzed during 2011 and 2013 in terms of medicines, consumption sum, defined daily dose （DDDs）, destination delivery charges （DDC） and drug utilization index （DUI）. Results： The based clinical nutrition therapy in that hospital was still the parenteral nutrition （PN） drugs. From 2012 to 2013, the consumption of enteral nutrition （EN） accounted for only 1.1%of the total nutrition＇s. Conclusions：In conclusion, the clinical nutrition therapy in that hospital was almost reasonable, but with many minor unreasonable aspects. |
