社会支持与应对方式对宫颈癌患者生存质量影响的研究

目的探讨社会支持和应对方式对宫颈癌患者生存质量的影响。方法采用世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表，领悟社会支持量表及医学应对问卷对63例宫颈癌患者进行问卷调查。结果患者生存质量的生理领域、社会领域得分低于常模；领悟社会支持总分与患者生存质量的心理领域、社会领域、环境领域等因子呈正相关，其中家庭的支持与患者生存质量的各个因子均呈正相关；应对方式中，患者多采取正确面对，面对与生理领域和心理领域呈正相关。结论为宫颈癌患者制定护理计划和健康咨询时，要充分帮助患者利用其社会支持，同时评估患者采用的应对方式对其情绪和生存质量的影响，通过有效的护理干预进行正性引导，促进患者疾病的康复和生存质量的提高。

The influence of social support and coping methods on the living quality of cervical cancer patient

For the coping method, if the patients adopted the right coping, the coping style had a positive correlation with physiological and psychological parts, Condusion When establishing the nursing plan and health consultation for cervical cancer patients, we should fully help the patients to make use of social supports, and evaluate the influence of a coping method on emotion and living quality. Through an effective nursing intervention and right guidance, we can promote the rehabilitation of patients and improve their living quality.
