| 摘 要： | 目的 应用豚鼠哮喘模型观察白三烯受体拮抗剂扎鲁司特对气道平滑肌厚度的影响。方法 选取 10 8只健康雄性豚鼠随机分为 3组 :哮喘发作组、扎鲁司特治疗组、生理盐水对照组 ,每组 3 6只。肺组织病理切片后HE染色测定平滑肌的厚度。结果 肺组织中哮喘发作组小气道的平滑肌厚度较扎鲁司特治疗组、生理盐水对照组增大明显 ,激发 8周后两两比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 扎鲁司特可抑制哮喘豚鼠小气道平滑肌增生而延缓气道重塑

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of leukotriene receptor antagonist,Zafirlukast on bronchiolar smooth muscle thickness of the asthmatic guinea pig. Methods One hundred and eight pathogen_free male guinea pigs were randomly divided into three groups:asthmatic ( n =36), Zafirlukast therapeutic ( n =36),and the saline control( n =36).Each group was divided into six subgroups:24 hours,1 week,2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks group.The bronchiolar smooth muscle thickness was observed with HE stain. Result The bronchiolar smooth muscle thickness in asthmatic group was higher than that in the Zafirlukast therapeutic group and the saline control group.Eight weeks after stimulating,the differences among three groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Zafirlukast may reduce bronchiolar smooth muscle hypertrophy of the asthmatic guinea pig. |
