| 摘 要： | 目的观察复方甘草酸苷注射液辅助西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法80例慢性荨麻疹患者随机均分为对照组和治疗组,前者口服西替利嗪片10mg/d,后者在此基础上静脉滴注复方甘草酸苷注射液40ml/d,均治疗2wk,评价其疗效。结果对照组和治疗组总有效率分别为65.0%、92.5%,2组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷可辅助西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic effect of treating chronic urticaria with compound glycyrrhizin con-comitant with cetirizine.METHODS:A total of80patients with chronic urticaria were enrolled,the control group were ran-domly assigned to receive oral cetirizine tablet10mg/d for2weeks,and the treatment group to receive compound glycyrrhizin injection40ml/d and cetirizine10mg/d for2consecutive weeks,then the curative effects of the2groups were evaluated.RES_ ULTS:The total effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were65.0%and92.5%,respectively and there was significant difference between the2groups(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Compound glycyrrhizin can be used as an assistant of cetirizine in the treatment of chronic urticaria. |
