护理干预对静脉留置针应用效果的影响

目的：以静脉留置针的留置时间、并发症、患者配合度和满意度为评价指标，探讨护理干预对静脉留置针临床应用效果的影响，为其临床应用提供科学依据。方法：将106例入住我院使用静脉留置针的患者随机分为对照组和干预组。对照组采取常规护理，干预组给予积极的护理干预措施。结果：干预组与对照组比较在静脉留置针的留置时间、并发症、患者配合率和满意度方面存在显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论：护理干预可以延长静脉留置针的留置时间，减少并发症，减轻患者痛苦，提高输液安全性和患者满意度，在临床应用中具有积极意义。

The Effect of Nursing Intervention on the Results of Venous Indwelling Needle in Clinical Application

Objective： Discussion the effect d nursing intervention on the results of venous indwelling needle in clinical application with the evaluating indicator of detaining time,complication,the coordination and the satisfaction of using, Provide a scientific basis for its clinical ap- plication. Methods： 112 patients received vein detain needle were divided into intervention group and control group at random, the control group for routine Care, the nursing intervention group was given a positive intervention. Results： The two groups differ greatly in detaining time,complication,the coordination and the satisfaction of using （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Nursing intervention can be extended the detaining time of venous indwelling needle reduce complicatious.patient suffering.improve transfusion safety and patient satisfaction.with a positive significance in clinical application.
