尿液干化学分析的问题探讨

摘    要:目的:探讨尿液干化学分析结果正常时与显微镜检查结果之间的关系.方法:采用尿液分析仪检测,再对91例正常标本和98例干化学结果异常的标本进行尿沉渣显微镜检查.结果:尿液分析仪检测结果阴性的标本中.有24例尿沉渣显微镜检查结果阳性;检测结果阳性的标本中,有25例尿沉渣显微镜检查结果阴性.结论:尿液干化学分析不能替代显微镜检查,否则会出现结果假阴性.或假阳性结果而造成试验误差甚至延误疾病的诊断.

Abstract:Objective to study the relationship between the result of urine dry chemistry analysis and the result of examination under microscope. Method The urine analyzer were applied to examine, and then microscope to examine urine sediment of 91 normal specimens and 98 unusual specimens.
